Jae Ink, grew up in the Bronx, NY raised by his mother & grandmother. As a young child music and entertainment were always around him, with his grandmother always playing old school records at home. His mom knew he would do something entertaining people when at 4 years old while out shopping a Latin song titled "Cali Pachanguero" from the Motion Picture "Salsa" came on and Jae started salsa dancing right where he stood, creating a circle to form around him causing a stir at the mall. Jae's love for music lead him to dream of becoming a television host for a music network one day, so he decided to call himself "THE BLACK RYAN SEACREST". Studying at Kingsborough College as a broadcasting major opened up many doors for him to get his feet wet, at a time when he had no idea how to get started in this business. He made a way for himself landing opportunities to work at some great music/entertainment companies like
Sony Records, BMI (Broadcast Music Inc),
Atlantic Records &
Nielsen Soundscan. In 2010 Ink decided to have his voice heard and face seen, so he started his own blog JAE INK SPEAKS (
www.jaeinkspeaks.com). His blog touches on fashion, music and all around entertainment. Giving readers true stories & being a positive writer not one to slander celebrities (like some blogs do), that has helped him generate over 34,000 views of his blog in just four months (and its growing).
